Website operation

KindMindAI does not currently use website analytics or advertising trackers. Technical information associated with requests to this website may nevertheless be processed by infrastructure used to deliver, protect and operate the site, including network and security request information.

Guided context submission

The guided context intake remains in your browser while you complete and review it. When you choose Send context, the information shown in Review, together with the contact details you provide, is submitted to KindMindAI for review and response.

The website does not persist a copy of the submitted intake in a site database, local storage, session storage or IndexedDB. The resulting communication is delivered to the KindMindAI corporate mailbox and is retained only as long as needed, with messages manually deleted when no longer required.

The submitted context is not sent to an AI service.

Contacting us by email

If you choose to contact contact@kindmindai.in, KindMindAI receives the information included in your message and any information you choose to provide.

The corporate mailbox is currently accessed only by the founder. Messages are not forwarded as part of the current process. Correspondence is retained only as long as it is needed and is manually deleted when no longer required.

Service providers

KindMindAI uses Cloudflare for website delivery, Pages Functions and Turnstile abuse prevention, and Zoho for corporate email delivery. These providers may process technical or communication information as needed to provide their services.

Processing locations depend on the relevant provider service and configuration.

Cookies and analytics

KindMindAI does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this corporate website. The guided context intake does not use local storage, session storage, IndexedDB or cookies to retain intake answers.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect the website and information handled through our corporate systems. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

AI-assisted enquiry processing

Live website submission is limited to delivery for human review through the corporate mailbox. AI-assisted enquiry triage is not active. Any future AI-assisted processing will require a separate privacy, retention, security and governance review before activation.
